I'm amazed that it would be possible to run a business on such a low capital. $49K is only ≈ £24.5K...that's more or less the annual wage of the regular working man in the UK. Is that a normal kind of start up for a Japanese company? That's the kind of money that would get a sneer from most over here, you'd definitely need to take out a loan to get some overhead and be able to prove collateral... Either way it's pretty cool you guys followed through with it despite the obvious difficulties posed to you. Wow.
